You choose an appointment time
The office will call you to arrange the visit. Appointments are not booked through a public online calendar.
Dr. Ryan completes your evaluation
Dr. Ryan reviews your health history, discusses your questions, and determines whether medical cannabis is appropriate for you under Florida's requirements.
If you qualify, the state process follows
The practice enters eligible patients into Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry. You then complete the state's identification-card application.

Cash and credit cards are accepted. Florida's state identification-card fee is separate and is paid to the state, not to Atlantic Coast Cannabis MD.

New patients begin with the Arfinn Med intake form. The office will call after receiving your paperwork to arrange the appointment.
What does the first appointment cost?
The first appointment is $225. Follow-up appointments are $150. State card fees are separate.
Do I need medical records?
The office may need records that document your diagnosis. Include your doctor's phone and fax number in the intake form, or call Susan if you are unsure what to provide.
What if I already have a Florida medical marijuana card?
Call the office about renewals or transferring your care. Susan will explain what is needed for your situation.
Does completing the form guarantee an appointment or certification?
No. The form gives the practice the information needed to review your request and arrange the appropriate next step. Dr. Ryan determines eligibility through a physician evaluation.
